What is your working process like?

1- You select the service(s) and fill out a short form.
2- I review your needs and schedule a free consultation (if needed).
3- Once we agree on the scope, we start the project based on the timeline discussed.
4- I send you the writing for you to check and give feedback. Based on your response, I will edit it until it meets your requirements.
What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of the work?
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with the work, I offer one more free revision to adjust it according to your feedback.
If, after the revision, we still cannot reach an agreement on the final result, I will issue a full refund.
